Product liability

1. Since their initial operation, products found unusable or of seriously restricted usability on account of faulty design, substandard materials or poor workmanship, we will, at our discretion, rework or provide replacement for such parts as within 3 months. Replaced parts become our property.

2. We do not accept any liability for damage resulting from unsuitable or incorrect usage, incorrect installation or operation by customer or third parties, natural wear and tear, incorrect or negligent handling, unsuitable consumables, replacement materials, substandard structural work, chemical or electrical influences not due to us.
